Lizi Patch is a socially engaged writer whose work blends personal storytelling with powerful social themes. Drawing on lived experience, her plays explore issues such as digital safety, identity, loss and mental health through intimate, character-driven narratives. Known for her thoughtful, honest approach to complex topics, Lizi creates work that sparks conversation and connection. As Artistic Director of Young People’s Theatre at Leeds Heritage Theatres, she is also deeply committed to nurturing new talent and making theatre an inclusive, transformative space.
